For a company from the façade building in the Neuenstein area, we are looking for a machine and plant leader (m/w/d) in a placement-oriented job transfer.

It's waiting for you

• You install and install machines so that customer orders can be efficiently implemented.
• After successful first and last piece control, you release the machines for production.
• In case of malfunctions in the process, you intervene, correct errors and optimise the processes.
• You program and modify machine and robot programs in automated production cells.
• Colleagues (m/w/d) support you with targeted guidance and support quality awareness in the team.
• With your commitment, you actively contribute to the further development of internal standards and processes.

That's what you bring

• You have a completed training in the metal sector, e.g. as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), mechatronic (m/w/d) or machining mechanic (m/w/d).
• Ideally you bring at least two years of professional experience and first experience in the guidance of employees (m/w/d).
• In handling CNC-controlled machines and controls, you are safe and solution-oriented.
• You can easily use digital production documents such as PDF, Excel or Word files in your working day.
• You use test equipment professionally and continuously ensure the quality of your work.
• The backup and maintenance of machine data is just as natural for you as maintaining standards and specifications.
