Higher education in psychology, pedagogy, social work or equivalent training Continuing education/study Marriage, family and life counselling or comparable training courses Experience in couple consulting Willingness to continue training and, if necessary, professional follow-up qualification for EFL advisory Empathy and team skills Objective and resource-oriented work (advising competence as well as consulting-supporting administrative skills) Ideally, you have knowledge of how to handle digital case and client management and have basic IT affinity You are able to quickly capture complex issues and to work on new topics for data protection and data security, you have a strong understanding You identify with the tasks and objectives of the Catholic Church and are ready to embark on their structures
