Together with your colleagues, you make sure that our accounts are reliably created and our accounting works smoothly. In the team, You jointly provide terminology and quality standards and provide the basis for a reliable work of our group of companies.

Tax topics are responsible: You are responsible for sales tax pre-registrations, summary reports and other tax reports. In addition, you coordinate tax issues with external tax advisors, compile relevant documents and assist in the tax support of our companies.

Responsibilities: You actively participate in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB. In doing so, you will set up balance sheet, GuV, attachment, resetting level and the required final bookings. With your experience, you make sure that your accounts are drawn up on time and in high quality and will help you develop our processes.

Accompanying audits: You are the central contact person for auditors, tax advisors and authorities. In the Main Book section, you coordinate inquiries, provide relevant documents, guide and accompany the annual audit professionally and solution-oriented.

You report to our team management main accounting and are part of a small, playful core team of two full-time staff, which is supported by a working student. It is important to us that we can rely on each other, work openly and approach solutions pragmatically. technical: Completed commercial training, for example as a tax specialist or a comparable qualification Ideally, a further education on the account holder or financial accountant or an equivalent qualification acquired by professional experience Multiannual professional experience in main accounting or tax accounting Experience in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB, ideally supplemented by IFRS identifiers Safe handling of auditors, tax advisors and external contacts Good knowledge of ERP systems and the common Office 365 applications Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
