Project Manager Command Post Systems (m/f/d)

Planning, control and successful implementation of complex projects for deployable combat status systems over the entire project life cycle Total responsibility for achieving the project objectives in terms of performance, quality, dates, costs, profitability and customer satisfaction Planning, control and coordination of interdisciplinary development teams in the fields of IT, system development, mechanics, electrical engineering, air conditioning and system integration Initialization and control of offers, contracts and project organization in coordination with management and customers Planning, control and control of the performance of internal departments as well as external partners, suppliers and subcontractors ensuring compliance with contractual, technical and qualitative requirements and relevant standards and safety requirements Management of communication with clients, partners and management and implementation of the necessary coordinations Identification and management of risks and the solution of technical, organisational and economic conflicts Implementation of change and claim management during the contractual term Support in the acquisition of follow-up orders

Successfully completed university studies (university or university) in the fields of economic engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, communications technology, systems engineering or comparable. More than 10 years of professional experience in the management of complex development, integration or system projects, ideally in the field of engineering Funded knowledge in project management as well as in systems engineering, requirement, risk, change and configuration management Experience in developing complex system solutions with IT, mechanics, electrical and infrastructure Safe handling of project management and engineering tools (e.g. MS Project, MS Office, JIRA, DOORS) Impressed business understanding and experience in time, cost and resource management Experience in the professional management of interdisciplinary project teams as well as in the management of suppliers and subcontractors Knowledge of defence procurement processes and relevant standards, quality and information security requirements Impressed communication and negotiation capability, secure appearance to customers, partners and management as well as high decision-making and enforcement capability German and English knowledge in word and writing and willingness to national and international missions
