You coordinate and shape the quarterly project “Unrest – and now?” and develop new ways of engagement in the quarter together with people in transition to retirement. At the same time, you support institutions and initiatives to develop engagement-friendly structures. In direct exchange, you specifically address people, advise and accompany them when entering into engagement – whether in the Volunteer Office or when implementing their own projects. You will also develop workshops, exchange formats and participation events in Herrenberg. In addition, you build networks and work closely with quarterly representations, associations, social institutions and educational institutions. In addition, you are responsible for the public's work, creating information materials and providing a clear project communication. As a project manager, you control the execution of the funding program, document the course of the project, answer the calculation of the funding and prepare the results for administration and political bodies in accordance with the address.
