You conduct consulting projects for leading pharmaceutical companies in the field of pricing and market access – from strategy development to implementation. You develop customized market entry and pricing strategies for the pharmaceutical innovations from tomorrow: from life-saving cell and gene therapies to jump innovations with blockbuster potential. The creation of market and competition analyses to identify concrete recommendations for action and develop tailor-made solutions to address complex challenges in the healthcare market is one of your tasks. You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of strategic workshops with customers, including the creation of presentations and decision templates. You are responsible for coordinating multiple project workstreams and controlling interdisciplinary project teams. The active participation and further development of the market access consulting offering, including support for business development activities, complete your task.

Ideally, you will bring at least 3-4 years of professional experience in the consulting area with the focus on market access, pricing or growth strategy. You have a well-founded knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and are familiar with business models, regulatory frameworks and market dynamics. Your pronounced analytical and structured way of thinking distinguishes you and it is easy for you to penetrate complex facts and to derive strategic recommendations. You have experience in direct customer contact, in the management of projects and in the management of interdisciplinary project teams. You work entrepreneurially and solution-oriented, show your own initiative and take on tasks pragmatically. Your excellent communication skills, as well as your knowledge of German and English, are yours.
