The family-owned company of Heimberger GmbH has more than 140 employees:inside for competence in metalworking. At our location in Oberderdingen we manufacture high-precision CNC turning and milling parts for the large system suppliers of mechanical engineering, medical technology and the automotive industry on the most modern turning and milling machines.

This activity is characterized by a varied mix of commercial tasks with a focus on the sales service. These tasks include: Responsibility of our ordering, from order collection, on-time delivery to the preparation of initial invoices Analysis of customer presence and provision of effective solutions in cooperation with internal teams Examination of offers and contracts and maintenance and control of master data Development and implementation of strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty Proactive communication with customers to request the status of orders, update requests and strengthen customer relationships

Experience in sales services, ideally in manufacturing Successfully completed commercial training or study Very good MS Office knowledge as well as experience in working with ERP systems Excellent communication skills in telephone and written customer support Friendly and solution-oriented way to inspire our customers Self-employed working together with team skills, reliability and organisational skills
