For our DRK-Seniorenzentrum Lindenhof in Willich-Neersen, we are looking for a qualified institution management at the next possible time, which leads our center with a lot of commitment and heart blood and wants to actively shape the further development of our care guide. The job is to be filled in full time (39 hours/week). The newly built Lindenhof in 2021 offers its 56 inhabitants a modernly equipped and lovingly guided house in a central location of Neersen. The wishes and needs of our seniors are the first priority in addition to a high standard of care quality. The large area offers space for a differentiated care and therapy offer. A good transport connection completes the advantages of our house. In total, we offer 45 fully-steady nursing places and 11 short-term care places. In addition, there is a residential house with 10 accommodation units of the supervised housing, in which a support point of the outpatient service is integrated.
