Internship in Leadership Development (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) At the next possible time 4-6 months

Pre- and follow-up procedures, development programs and leadership trainings – you get a wide range of insights into our consulting work Comprehensive insights into the event organization of training and assessment centers – you primarily support our event office in preparing online and presence events through our digital platforms from our office in Wermelskirchen Participation in customer events on site – you accompany training and assessment centers directly with the customer, get to know the everyday advice and support in the support of the participants and the smooth running Depending on the previous experience, Support in the conceptual redesign of our processes and trainings

desire for an exciting and varied internship in the field of leadership assessment & development – whether after graduation, during studies or after training First practical experience in the office context – ideally through internships, student work activities or comparable activities A look for detail and organizational skills – you work conscientiously and keep an overview of several parallel tasks Digital affinity and learning enthusiasm – you like to work in new programs and tools and continuously develop yourself Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing – you will certainly communicate in German and English Microsoft Office knowledge – you have first experience in dealing with Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel Basic knowledge in the field of hardware – you do not have any fears of touch with common office technology such as printers, iPads and beamers
