Financial accounting Technical and organisational management of the financial accounting of the group of companies Own-responsible processing of the ongoing accounting of several companies Examination, settlement and accounting of all business incidents Responsibility for debitor, creditor, banking and asset accounting Coordination of property accounts, accounting accounts and intercompany cheques Monitoring and processing of open items Implementation and control of payment transactions Preparation of regular economic evaluations Preparation and monitoring of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Preparation of sales tax forecasts and other tax reports Preparation of evaluations and decision templates for management Cooperation with tax advisors, auditors, banks and authorities Participation in audits and tax issues Development and optimization of internal accounting and control processes Wage and salary accounting Complete and independent implementation of monthly wage and salary bills Installation, maintenance and management of personnel master and movement data in DATEV Collection and examination of working hours, absences, holidays, illness, supplements, premiums and other components of remuneration Processing of employee entry, employee changes and employee exit Processing of legal reporting and certification Implementation of the necessary notifications to financial offices, health insurance companies and social security institutions Processing of ELStAM, DEÜV and AAG notifications Creation of work certificates, merit certificates and other pay-related documents Voting wage accounts with management Creation of personnel cost overviews, provisions and wage-related evaluations Preparation and monitoring of pay tax and social security checks Contact person for management, personnel management and employees in matters relevant to pay and billing

Completioned training for tax professionals, tax experts, balance sheet holders or a comparable qualification At least five years of professional experience in a tax law firm Funded practical experience in financial accounting Multiannual experience in independent payroll accounting Very good knowledge of German tax law Knowledge of wage tax, social security and reporting Secure and routined handling of DATEV Very good knowledge of DATEV accounting Very good knowledge of DATEV wage and salary or DATEV LODAS Experience in preparing monthly and annual accounts Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Self-employed, structured and extremely careful working High sense of responsibility and strong numerical affinity discretion, reliability and a binding occurrence Entrepreneurial thinking and joy in optimizing existing processes Interest in long-term activity within a growing group of companies
