Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)

Self-adoption, coordination and holistic execution of customer orders Planning, control and monitoring of goods and materials transport taking into account customs requirements and stock rotation Responsibility for the maintenance and control of stocks, including preparation and coordination of inventory Creation, testing and tracking of customer and intercompany accounts Maintenance, updating and management of price lists and relevant customer master files Processing, analysis and reporting of sales-relevant key figures to the financial headquarters Organisation and management of raw materials Acquisition of general administrative tasks, including correspondence, post-processing and support of management Planning and organisation of business trips including visa management and checking of travel expenses Support for internal and external meetings, audits and quality assurance

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification First professional experience in customer service, sales service or order processing Safe handling of current MS Office applications and experience in working with ERP systems Embossed organizational skills and a structured, careful and reliable way of working Communication strength paired with high service and customer orientation Teamable personality with independent, solution-oriented working Loadability and flexibility in a dynamic, varied working environment Basic knowledge in customs processing and logistics are desirable
