(Junior-) AI Product Owner - Pricing (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. Project Management Office: You start your journey with us as a PMO, when you support the Product Owner (PO) in the planning, control and monitoring of our AI projects in the field of pricing and familiarize yourself with your perspective role as PO. Design AI applications: You develop and evaluate new AI applications, from idea discovery to implementation. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with a talented team of AI experts, department representatives and other stakeholders to assess the potential and technical feasibility of product requirements. Product Backlog Management: You're puggling and prioritizing the product backlog, first under the guidance of the PO, then independently responsible - you're making sure that the development is in line with the business goals and regularly presents results (e.g. in sprint reviews).

AI affinity: You are technically versed and have experience with the use of AI models as well as a strong interest in machine learning and data science. Background: A completed university degree in (economic) informatics, economics, engineering, physics, mathematics, data science or a related subject. (We are also pleased to receive applications from talents with cross-entry and corresponding experience in AI!) Project management knowledge: Experience in the application of agile project management methods such as Scrum or PRINCE2 Agile is beneficial. Analytical skills: You can analyse, structure and present complex questions in a comprehensible way – even for a non-technical audience. Communication strength: You have a safe appearance, excellent presentation skills and joy in communicating with different stakeholders.
