Study Assistant Radiation Therapy (m/f/d)

Care of students in the study and private ambulance before, during and after radiation therapy including aftercare and appointment management Organization, coordination and implementation of clinical studies, from patient registration and marginalisation to the preparation of business, investigations and monitoring visits Collection, documentation and management of study-relevant data including the care of Case Report Forms, inspectors and study-specific documentation Coordination of cooperation with internal and external partners, guidance of study-related correspondence and support in audits, inspections and quality assurance measures Management of study materials and samples, support in investigations, preparation of doctor's letters, bills and study archiving

Completed training as a medical specialist, medical documentation assistant or health and nursing assistant Training in clinical trials and knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines (Good Clinical Practice) Experience in the planning, implementation and coordination of clinical studies Safe handling of popular PC applications and very good English skills Knowledge in the handling of medicines, healing and aids, as well as medical terms and illnesses First aid knowledge Knowledge of applicable safety, care and hygiene regulations

As of 1 August 2026, full-time or part-time employment must be fixed at least 35 hours per week until 14 November 2027.
