♪ This is your new job:

In the WG Nassaustraße we serve up to nine children and adolescents aged 10 years and older until we become self-employed. In our detached house up to three places are available for training the self-employed in a separate apartment area.

We are a team of six social-pedagogical professionals and a domestic worker in parttime. The employees of our team bring their different interests and focuses, such as creativity, sporting activities, as well as the connection to nature to work, so that everyday life is varied and can be addressed to the most diverse needs and interests of children and young people. In our work, we place particular emphasis on tolerance and openness to different cultures.

• You see individual people with their individual needs, interests and potentials and encourage them to meet their personality.
• You are motivating and intensifying to people: whether in the design of everyday life, care and leisure activities.
• You are a reliable contact person for the children and young people in the housing group as well as for the persons, institutions and authorities involved.
• You document your work, participate in team meetings and are ready to continue your education.

• You are an educator, social education, medical education, or have completed another relevant training or study
• You are empathic and encourage young people individually, needs-oriented and independent of the background
• You are safe in communication, both in dealing with the attendees and in cooperation with colleagues
• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
• You can see the benefits in the shift service (including weekend services and night readiness in the group) and design the schedule together with your team
• Class B driving licence
