• They make order orders and enforcement orders and public contracts.
• You decide on the implementation of measures as part of the immediate implementation pursuant to § 55 para. 2 VwVG NRW at risk in delay.
• They shall assist the Legal Office in proceedings in orderly cases.
• You process the requests for information from the building load register.
• Also make decisions on the initiation and investigations in Infringement proceedings incl. Implementation of the hearing procedure pursuant to § 55 OwiG until the issuance to the penal court.

With your activity, you will secure the order of construction as well as the life and health of citizens in the Oberberg district. They ensure that buildings and construction facilities are built according to the construction regulations and are safely usable.

This will bring you with

• They have competence for the category 2, the first entry office of the general administrative service or have completed the administrative course II.
• They have extensive knowledge of general law and administrative or administrative law. Administrative enforcement law and basic knowledge of building regulations and construction planning law. Ideally, you bring professional experience in this field.
• They have a pronounced social competence and a friendly, safe and self-confident appearance.
• They are capable of team, compromise and conflict.
• You have enforcement.
• They work independently and show commitment.
• They can be used flexibly for external services.
• You have a class B driver's license and are ready to provide your private car with compensation for use for service journeys if no service car is available.
