Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich HR / People Business Partner Job ID 78796 | Location Heidenheim | Start now for 6-12 months | 15-20h weekly

During your internship, you support the People Business Partner Team in Heidenheim in the day-to-day business with all tasks. You will also be closely involved in conceptual people & culture topics and projects. You will also bring creative ideas to the content of people & culture events. The support of the organization and the content implementation of measures to increase leadership skills are also part of your activities. You can independently perform organizational and coordination tasks and create PowerPoint presentations and Excel evaluations. Your task also includes creating statistics and corresponding evaluations.

You are an intangible student (m/w/d) of a commercial, technical or social degree course, preferably with a focus on staff and looking for a mandatory internship Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing and a safe handling of MS Office, ideally with well-founded knowledge in MS-Excel, complete your profile. A quick understanding as well as the ability to develop practical and implementable solutions are what distinguishes you. Your work is trustful, independent, structured and reliable.
