Your tasks

As a contact person (m/w/d) for our internal departments, you take responsibility for the following topics:

• Quality assurance within the internal control system
• Ensuring the quality of business partners in the accounting system
• Responsibility for the timely creation and delivery of statistical reports
• Collection of key figures and creation of monthly status presentations
• Takeover of special tasks with administrative reference
• Support of the audit / accounting for special care
• Ensuring the correct balance sheet/column statement
• Communication with authorities

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in business management, ideally with a focus on accounting, or a commercial training with further training on accounting (m/w/d)
• Affinity for IT systems
• Basic knowledge of trade and tax law
• Routinized handling of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
• Structured and organized working style
• Very good German knowledge
