Head of the specialist group in contract management (m/f/d)

Your position is directly assigned to the Management Board. Subject to further organisational decisions of the Executive Board, You are responsible for contract management in the area of participation for adults. You work closely with the further management of the contract management for children and young people as well as the common audit institution. You are responsible for the management, coordination and quality assurance of the work of case-leading specialists in the field of contract management, as well as ensuring the proper and timely case management, uniform and coordinated occurrence and communication with suppliers and circles. You are responsible for the conceptual development and description of processes and instruments for the optimal implementation of contract management and develop technical standards (service level). These include cross-disciplinary conceptual tasks for the further development of the framework contract. You cooperate with the competent contract management of the circles and non-circular cities, other institutions of integration assistance and other third parties and represent the technical contents of the activity in regional and supra-regional specialist groups and working communities, at national level but also at the level of the circles, unless this is the case with the institutions of the AöR or the board is reserved.

Existing examination for the Dipl. Administration (FH) Department of General Services or the Employee Audit II or a comparable degree in the business or educational sector (Bachelor) or a similar qualification for general services or comparable training shall be provided. Knowledge in the field of integration aid for people with disabilities and multiannual experience in contract management according to §§ 123 et seq. SGB IX, deepened business and educational knowledge and standards of participation law as well as good legal knowledge in social administration law are expected. It also expects proven experience in the management of teams or specialist groups, understanding and interest in organisational development and the digitization of work processes. If applicants do not or do not yet have the requirements mentioned, an interdisciplinary interest and understanding is assumed and the willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge is expected. It is also expected that you are in possession of the class B driving licence and willing to use your private car for reasonable cost reimbursement. .
