IT Operations Specialist - Payroll / Linux (m/f/d)

You control and automate processes You plan, tune and schedule the monthly payrolls independently together with our customers: You configure, control and monitor automated billing runs (batch processing / job scheduling) You ensure smooth and stable production You continuously monitor the production processes and recognize irregularities early You analyze breaks and errors, take over the first-level routine shooting and coordinate complex errors together with software development You transfer audited data to the digital archive and work preparation for printing and shipping You create reports and provide specific evaluations in the customer's data portal Technically, you support our in-house consulting team in case of billing-related issues and help us solve technical problems for our customers: You work closely with software development, give feedback on system stability and actively participate in testing new automation and process features

You have a completed training as an IT system businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience You have a very good technical understanding and a high IT affinity You have ideally experience with job scheduling systems, file transfers (e.g. SFTP) and work confidently on the Linux console You are sure to deal with MS Office and ticket systems and ideally bring SQL basic knowledge with You work extremely carefully and reliably – accuracy is crucial in billing You also keep a cool head for production-critical appointments and think analytically as well as solution-oriented, communicate clearly, sovereignly and securely translates between technology and specialist area
