Working Student Event Management for Digital and Onsite Events (m/w/d)

• Support in the planning, creation and implementation of webinars in cooperation with our indoor video studio, speakers and all stakeholders

• Collection and maintenance of data in various online event tools

• Support for the organization of online/in-house events and trade fairs including on-site inspection at trade fairs (Europe-wide)

• Using content for websites

• Creation of after-event reports and analyses for management

• Continuous study of business management with a focus on marketing or event management, digital communication, international marketing or a comparable degree programme

• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Digital thinking with high affinity for online marketing tools and channels

• Reliable and structured mode of operation combined with strong organizational capacity

• Pleasure of independent and independent work in the team

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
