Test Engineer Automotive (m/w/d) Area: Automotive Locations: Stuttgart, Munich, Harsewinkel In order to strengthen our development team in the field of embedded systems, we are looking for passionate specialists who, with their expertise and in close cooperation with our customers, want to shape the development of autonomously driving vehicles and agricultural machinery of the next generation.

They deal with the testing, validation and diagnosis of new electronic functions: both in the overall vehicle simulator (HiL) and in the real vehicle in the test site. They develop test concepts in close cooperation with the function managers and plan their implementation. They develop test automation with ECU test. They capture and analyze the test results, track vulnerabilities and support the solution finding. Data collection and evaluation is carried out, for example, with SW tools from dSPACE and VECTOR manufacturers. You create test reports and participate in the release process.

They have a degree or comparable training, e.g. in the field of vehicle technology, electrical engineering or mechatronics, and have relevant experience in carrying out electro-safe function/software tests. With Vector tools such as CANoe, CANape or CANalyzer, you know each other. For this purpose, you have experience in dealing with dSPACE HiL simulators and the production of automated tests with ECU test. Programming skills (e.g. in Python, Matlab/Simulink, C/C++) are desirable. Ideally, you have a certification as an ISTQB tester. Very good knowledge of German and English is required.
