You analyze the technical and technical requirements of our customers and develop tailor-made solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.

You design and implement processes in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or CSM and use modern tools such as Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Scripting with JavaScript.

You take over the technical implementation, configuration and integration of ServiceNow applications and accompany upgrades, migrations and rollouts.

In close cooperation with our developers:inside, project managers:inside and customer teams, you will ensure that solutions are implemented in a stable, performant and future-proof manner.

You carry out workshops and trainings, first set up technical documentation and support in the continuous improvement of existing ServiceNow environments.

In addition, you are introducing your own ideas to further develop and actively shape our internal best practices and ServiceNow offers.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification.

You bring 2–5 years of experience in the implementation, development or administration of ServiceNow solutions.

You know yourself with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and ideally Glide Scripting.

You have practical experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or CSM.

You understand the ITIL processes and know how to implement them in ServiceNow.

Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus – or you want to purchase it together with us.

You work independently, structured and solution-oriented.

You communicate clearly, think entrepreneurially and enjoy teamwork and customer contact.

Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge complete your profile.
