IT Application Manager:in (m/f/d)

While our provider management controls the central outsourcing partner, you take responsibility for our central specialist applications. You make sure You are provided as first-class services and professionally controlled.

Your Mission: Sovereign Operation & Professional Control You are the director for our software solutions. Your focus is on stable processes, targeted management of our external partners and ensuring high service quality in the daily business.

Service control & escalation management: You monitor the operational performance of our partners in incident and problem management. In case of critical disturbances, you are the central escalation instance, coordinate the solution finding with the manufacturers and make sure that causes of errors are permanently eliminated. Process Design & ITIL: You build our ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) specifically for the application world in Jira and Confluence and continuously develop them. Vendor & Service Management: You control application manufacturers and SaaS providers based on defined SLAs. You carry out regular service reviews and ensure the contractually agreed quality. Lifecycle Management & Controlling: You'll be in charge of the application inventory and you'll be responsible for budget planning as well as license management for running operations. Change & Release Management: You moderate changes, plead the release calendar, and in exchange with the application owners make sure that updates arrive safely and coordinated in the specialist areas. Governance & Quality: You implement access management processes, test KPIs (e.g. MTTR, SLA compliance) and prepares audits (security, licenses, documentation). Service evolution: You accompany the incremental further development of existing services. For larger projects, you work hand in hand with our IT project managers.

Structurally strong with control gene You have the pleasure of creating structures in which software works optimally, and can lead external partners targeted to success. Background: Studies in the field (economic) informatics, business management or comparable IT qualification. Experience: You bring well-founded practice in IT application or service management. You know how to control incident and problem management processes without performing the operational implementation itself. ITIL know-how: The common frameworks are familiar to you and you have ideally already actively mapped service processes in Jira and Confluence. Communication strength: You can clearly enforce requirements and quality standards for manufacturers and are a sovereign partner for our departments. Working methods: You work data-based (KPIs), think process-oriented and have an eye for commercial details (licences/budget). Personality: You are solution-oriented, assertive in the escalation case and keep an overview even in complex questions.
