• You will accompany our customers in the activation and use of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Through your convincing advice, you will delight our customers with the advantages and functions of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• In addition, you have the opportunity to carry out onboarding in the area of the platform together with the customers, including the technical support in setting up the dashboard.
• In addition to your organizational talent, you will keep an overview of the monitoring and tracking of customer activities to ensure a sustainable use of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• The continuous documentation of customer interaction is the basis for your proactive customer support to ensure long-term and high customer satisfaction.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete commercial or technical vocational training
• Ideally professional experience in sales or customer support, as well as in handling CRM systems and digital platforms
• Self-employed and targeted working, technical interest and confession as well as joy and enthusiasm for digital customer contact
