Complete study of social education, pedagogy, education, social sciences or psychology (B.A, Master, M.A. or Diploma) As an alternative completed vocational training as an educator*in with relevant additional qualification Relevant professional experience in the social/vocational integration of young people desirable Improved responsibility for the implementation of the client's individual goals Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate with the actors involved in professional integration and social stabilization Good planning capability and organizational capacity Knowledge of the institutions and bodies of the help network Good computer application competence (MS Office, Internet, E-mail, Social Office) Mobility: driving licence class B
