In your role, you are responsible for the operational and administrative management of the reception and create a new atmosphere for arriving and feeling well. You control hotel operations with a clear focus on quality, service and efficiency. You actively shape processes and adapt them flexibly to new circumstances. You recognize potentials, advance structures and accompany change processes not only, but drive them forward with entrepreneurial vision. You develop quality standards with enthusiasm – in all areas. Your high standards of cleanliness, technology and hygiene are yours as well as a sovereign complaint management. Your experience in the hotel industry helps you quickly set the right priorities and with competence such as cordiality.

Multiannual experience in a senior position – ideally in the hotel industry or in the R&B Completed training or study in the hotel industry
