Software developer C#/.NET - asynchronous programming (m/f/d)

For our well-known customers in Bremen we are looking for you! They develop sophisticated software for complex military communication systems. You work in a technologically versatile environment with large, grown code bases and develop creative, robust solutions away from classic standard products.

Your duties

• Development, testing and analysis of software components based on existing architectural and design specifications
• Focus on modern asynchronous programming with C# and .NET
• Development and integration of software subsystems into the target system
• Support for system integration and error analysis
• Documentation of the responsible software components
• Cooperation with experienced developers as well as professional contact for junior developers
• Work with Microsoft technologies of the past ten years, in particular C#, .NET, WPF and MVVM

Your profile

• Multiannual practical experience in software development with C# and .NET
• Very good knowledge of asynchronous programming, e.g. async/await, tasks, incidentality and synchronization
• Experience in entering and developing large, complex code bases
• Good understanding of complex software architectures
• Experience in developing Windows applications with C#, .NET, WPF and MVVM
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Git as well as knowledge in Unity, Protocol Buffers (protobuf) or Networking of advantage
• Complete study of computer science or comparable qualification
• Very good English skills in word and writing
• Individual initiative, creativity and genuine interest in technically demanding questions
