In our technical facility management team you will take on a variety of and challenging tasks: Operating, inspection and maintenance Regular cross-work inspection, maintenance and repair work on technical installations Control and operation of technical equipment Analysis and elimination of technical disturbances Ensuring the perfect overall state of the properties to be maintained Disorder management and repair Technical repairs and repairs of equipment Supporting foreign companies in repair work and ensuring quality standards Quality and safety standards Testing of electrical installations according to DGUV A3 and DIN VDE 0105 or DIN VDE 0100 Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and technology standards Documentation and readiness Documentation of services carried out Participation in readiness with regulated times and fair remuneration

Completed training as an electrician, electrical installer or in a comparable professional field Multiannual experience in technical facility management or electrical crafts Knowledge of control technology and high voltage systems (up to 10 KV) are desirable Service orientation, team spirit and a high level of personal commitment Independent and reliable operation Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Class B driving licence is advantageous
