Location and release of leaks in water and moisture damage in buildings Use of modern measuring technology: Professional handling of all common technical devices and methods Damage assessment: Determination of the need for necessary technical drying measures Quick responsiveness: independent decision on necessary initial measures on site Documentation: Creation of meaningful, photo-based reports on cause of damage Versatile customer base: private households and commercial customers

Completed training as gas, water and heating installer, plant mechanic in SHK, drying technician, craftsman, technician or master Cross-adapters with craftsmanship in the area of water and heating are also welcome readiness for thorough incorporation (3–6 months) Motivation for an exciting, versatile and responsible activity Embossed communication skills and high service orientation in handling customers Joy of independent and solution-oriented work Class B driving licence (former class 3)
