Self-testing of tender documents and performance directories Calculation and creation of offers taking into account personnel, materials, equipment and subcontracting costs Pick-up and comparison of supplier and subcontractor offers Examination and preparation of dimensions, quantity determinations and construction sites Creation of verifiable billing and final accounts Collection, calculation and settlement of additional or amended services After-calculation of completed projects and maintenance of our costing bases Close coordination with management, construction management and clients

Technical training with further training as technician or master, studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Alternatively: commercial training with well-founded experience in construction billing Multiannual experience in billing construction services knowledge of the VOB as well as in the handling of performance directories, scales and supplements Secure handling of Excel and common costing or billing software; GAEB characteristics are advantageous Self-employed, careful working and economic understanding
