Trainee Real Estate Management (m/w/d)

We have a place for you! In the 18-month trainee program, you will learn the various tasks in the shopping center area at various ECE locations. In the first 12 months, you spend four months in asset, center, and lease management. Here you will get exciting insights into the management of a shopping property, cooperation with investors and the creation and implementation of individual rental concepts for different center locations. You will then find one of these three areas to deepen your knowledge. Here, after the traineeship, you make your next career step as a junior asset, center, or lease manager. Your personal and professional development is supported by mentors, feedback talks and trainings. The trainee program starts in October 2025.

You have a successfully completed degree in real estate, trade or economics. First practical experience in the real estate sector or retail you already bring. You are flexible throughout Germany and like to travel. The idea of shaping urban marketplaces in the future is thrilling you. You are open, team-ready, flexible and willing to let you change. You work targeted, show your own initiative and take responsibility. Your communication strength and your sovereign appearance will help you convince others. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
