You mainly handle damage from the General Liability Insurance from the private customer area You have appropriate expertise and independently process the damages assigned to you You share our principle phone before mail, with the aim of quickly and correctly unwinding the damage You bring correspondence with brokers, insurance companies, claimants and lawyers You instruct the use of damage regulators, experts and service providers You will issue damage to end customers and sales partners by telephone, with the aim of the case conclusion

You have a completed vocational training as a merchant for insurance and finance (m/w/d) and/or are an insurance specialist or insurance business operator (m/w/d) or have a comparable training You already have professional experience in handling liability damage Team-oriented and cooperative behavior is of course for you You are aim-oriented, decision-making, flexible, load-bearing and like to work independently You understand how to reconcile the processing of documents with damage telephony You are eager, empathic, can adjust yourself well to different interlocutors and have fun calling
