Team Lead Sales Controlling and Management in the Sales Management Cluster (m/f/d)

Leadership and team development: Interdisciplinary leadership of the team with currently 8 employees and the creation of a clear framework of action for the achievement of the team goals as well as the empowerment of employees' self-responsibility. Strategy development: Support for cluster leader in cluster-wide strategic development and implementation of cluster goals by substantiating appropriate team goals. The focus is on business planning in the loan area (credit concept) in conjunction with economic planning. Sales Control and Controlling: Together with your expert team, you will provide strategic impulses for the further development of the control and controlling of sales and for the continuous improvement of the quality and meaningfulness of key figures, analyses and reporting. Transformation and Optimization: Supporting the Bank's transformation process through a sovereign handling of complexity and proactive monitoring of changes and identifying and raising efficiency potentials.

Skills: successfully completed studies in business, economics, banking, or comparable qualifications disciplinary leadership experience of teams and proven knowledge in the technical management of complex projects multi-year professional experience in credit, sales controlling or sales management of a bank or savings bank well-founded understanding in the development and control of KPI, reporting and controlling systems and a basic methodological knowledge in the field of digital sales tools Personal skills: sovereign and targeted discussion, even in challenging conflict situations structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation, even under load and with high complexity Willingness and ability to deal resiliently with complexity and loads Reflection of our own leadership trade and willingness to develop professionally and personally continuously Willingness and ability to deal with digital and financial-specific trends and developments, to act in different contexts and roles, and to promote cooperation across teams and units strong team and cooperation capability as well as design will in transformation processes
