You work for a growing, professional company that supports local, commercial and industrial customers throughout Germany. After a period of incorporation at one of the locations in Stuttgart, Karlsruhe or Wiesbaden, there is the possibility to work in the home office. SV CUBE GmbH is an independent start-up for engineering services in the insurance industry. We are partners in the Savings Fund Group, the largest financial service provider in Europe. We support our customers with a highly qualified network of experts in the assessment of buildings and equipment. We are pulsators in the determination of the value of the assets and are specialised in professional valuation concepts.

We are moving in the tension between start-up culture and the corporate world. On the one hand, we are pro­viding 250 years of experience in the determination of the value of insurance, the security and the finan­cial back­ground of our parent company SV Sparkassen­Versicherung, on the other hand we are working with the spirit and agility of a start-up.

You will get to know the tasks of building value determination (new value) and support us in order processing. After the installation, you will be able to create self-reliance assessments within the framework of the building guarantee for objects of our commercial customers (up to €10 million). You research and collect relevant data together with corresponding evaluation. You will then write the building value determination with an online value determination tool.

You are studying architecture and Civil engineering and have good knowledge in MS Office. You are self-employed, customer-oriented and responsive and have the ability to work quickly into new tasks.
