Project Manager Campus Digital (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of campus digital implementations in Germany and conducts integration planning via identity systems (e.g. Shibboleth, SAML, OIDC), APIs, SDK configurations and mobile release management.

The adaptation of the global implementation model to German governance and IT structures as well as the protection of the MVP environment is also part of your task.

You build a clear project and governance structure together with the respective university and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a key partner at the local level for IT management and German universities (CIOs, digitization areas), you will also present the progress of the project, risks and solutions at decision-making level and ensure the clear alignment of all parties to a common goal.

You ensure that local implementations are in line with the global product strategy, receive structured feedback on the continuous improvement of future rollouts and monitor the use, performance and institutional commitment.

You live risk culture through the continuous development and maintenance of responsibility awareness in the proactive handling of risks within the bank .

You bring many years of experience in program management, digital transformation or complex SaaS implementations and in the management of enterprise or mobile platform integrations (APIs, SDKs).

You also have profound knowledge of identity and federation systems (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect); Experience with Shibboleth is beneficial.

You communicate and are very well able to manage and manage communication with senior stakeholders (CIO level).

Experience in matrix organisations, international environment and GDPR-regulated environments complete.

In addition, you will experience one of the following areas: digital ecosystems in higher education, governance structures of German universities, app-store release processes and telemetry analysis, or hybrid cloud/on-premise infrastructures in the university environment.

flowing German knowledge (C2) and English knowledge (at least C1) are required for this position; Spanish knowledge is advantageous.
