Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Planning, tendering, awarding and monitoring the implementation of construction measures for which special services are required, in particular establishing the necessary investment and construction measures and budget planning commissioning and ongoing monitoring of the construction measures in cooperation with the construction administration and/or third parties Perception of the interests of the owner and the building function as well as supervision of construction

Operational planning and implementation of construction maintenance, including implementation of economic considerations with regard to building maintenance Participation in real estate commissioning of the construction administration and/or third parties Monitoring the progress of construction and the flow of resources

Coordination and control of own and external operational personnel to support object management Application of maintenance management software AiBATROS®

Qualification: Completed technical higher education (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) in the field of architecture or civil engineering or as a state-tested technician/ state-tested technician in the field of civil engineering with the focus on building (w/m/d) Competences: Comprehensive expertise and experience in the field of property management desirable Knowledge of public building law (especially RBBau) and building planning law Understanding structural and economic relations Knowledge in SAP and AiBATROS desirable or the willingness to acquire them in the short term Good user knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, Outlook]) Other: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, communication skills Customer- /addressed behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Ready for business trips Class B driving licence and the willingness to carry on self-service vehicles readiness for the extended safety review pursuant to § 9 SÜG Special note: The prerequisite for long-term employment is the successful extended safety review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG), which may also include the spouse/living partner.
