Site Manager - Electrical Engineering / Construction Management / Safety (m/f/d)

In recent years we have numerous projects such as Lufthansa Lounges, Zalando, Starbucks, Sony Center am Potsdamer Platz, Booking.com, Nivea Haus Berlin, Madame Tussauds, Camper (Berlin), ESPRIT, American Embassy, Muji etc. implemented throughout the federal territory for national and international clients. You control and monitor the professional execution of all electrotechnical works on the construction site, from installation to final acceptance. You are responsible for compliance with all relevant quality and safety regulations (e.g. VDE) and are the first person on site. You co-ordinate the cooperation in the team and with after-contractors and act as a central interface to project management and architect. For a transparent project history, you will create a complete documentation, from measurements to building day reports to acceptance protocols. You enter our customers: during the entire construction phase, advise them on technical questions and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

You have a completed training, a study or a master title in the field of electrical engineering. You bring professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally already in the construction line. You are familiar with the planning, control and monitoring of construction projects and know the relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VDE, VOB). As a communication-strong personality, you convince with enforcing and a strong organizational talent to safely guide your team and projects. You speak German in a manner that is secure for negotiation to ensure smooth communication with all project participants.
