Your tasks

Integrate into the active control of the various procurement processes, in particular in the VgV and UVgO sectors, to select planning stakeholders and service providers Creation of procurement schedules and schedules as well as preparation of award documents taking into account the individual project or project Performance requirements Preparation of architectural and engineering contracts Own-responsible handling of operational procurement processes Support in the internal development of the relevant documents Participation in coordination with the contracting entity and in negotiations with the contractors to be selected Creation of presentations and reports for the client Support for RPW competitions, in particular for pre-examination Preparation and Participation in Court Sessions Participation in the implementation of procurement decisions

Studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, law or comparable Optimumly, you bring relevant professional experience in the work students' activity or through practical training in the construction sector Ideally, you can support our team with 20 hours/week Structured, organised mode of operation with high quality standards High social competence, combined with professional and value-adding communication Very good expressiveness and formulation in German, as oral and written communication belongs to our To-Do's internally and externally daily In addition, you are creative and willing to support organization
