The team is responsible for valuing loans and clearing lines in private and commercial credit. It also takes over the correspondence with notaries, land register offices and insurance companies as well as the security processing in the new business.

With clear standards, a look at relevant key figures and a positive learning culture, you take responsibility for the performance quality, productivity and continuous development of the team. You guide and coach your employees with pleasure, support them with professional challenges, give constructive feedback and ensure that both internal and external requirements are complied with at any time. You focus on promoting a strong team culture and cross-departmental cooperation by strengthening the network to other disciplines and creating an environment in which ideas are shared openly and jointly implemented. You actively contribute your own ideas to the strategic development and consistently shape our processes and structures.
