You are responsible for the correct and timely booking and settlement of invoices in creditor/debitor accounting incl. due date and payment monitoring and account clarification and settlement You monitor, analyze and book provisions (also calculatory), check reset-related invoices and tune the resetting mirror You are responsible for plant accounting – from the collection and booking of inputs and outputs to the determination and booking of depreciation until maintenance of the plant balance sheet You support the initial balance sheet assessment of fixed assets and draw up reports and analyses, for example for financial statements and investment plans You book or read the salaries and tune the pay accounts You check and book travel expenses You create the RKV/ESB bills and book them You identify business incidents that are subject to lump-sum taxation and report to the HR department You will first provide timely notifications to the tax office (sales tax pre-registration, summary report, capital income tax) and provide the necessary data for the VAT declaration You carry out the final bookings for monthly and annual accounts and are responsible for voting and documentation of the accounts You'll take care of the SfO

You can provide a completed commercial training or a completed degree in finance/invoicing, ideally supplemented with an additional qualification such as account holder or Certified Accountant You bring multi-year, well-founded professional experience (approximately 4–15 years) in accounting, including creditor/debitor accounting, asset accounting and completion You have very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB and RechKredV as well as in sales tax law You have a good understanding of the revenue cost procedure You are safe in handling provisions – including calculatory – including their education, evaluation and coordination You can accurately document complex accounting issues and prepare them for internal and external purposes You are characterized by self-responsibility, accuracy, reliability and target orientation and are a strong team player You have very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, as well as experience with SAP FI/CO and ideally xSuite You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
