Your challenge

• Individual communication with the customer
• cleaning of small staircases (2h), grey areas
• Independent processing of various requests and claims
• Contact of tenants on site
• Coordination of maintenance services in objects to be supervised
• Object reports to keep the condition of the objects at the corresponding level

You'll convince

• You are handcrafted
• You have a class B driving license (of the advantage)
• You are an electrically instructed person (of advantage)
