Own-responsible management of residential and commercial properties Contact person for tenants, service providers and contractual partners Contract management and receivable management Coordination and tracking of maintenance and maintenance measures Conducting regular object visits Creation of letters, evaluations and documentation Close cooperation with the fields of accounting, rental and technology
