They support day-to-day operations You create presentations and reports They are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of management meetings and committee meetings, as well as the constitution and follow-up of protocols They provide administrative support for e.g. appointment coordination, organisation of service travel and travel cost accounting They serve and host visitors and guests

You have completed commercial training and have professional experience in a comparable position You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You can deal with the MS Office applications and are resilient They are structured, independent and possess a high degree of loyalty, trustworthiness and responsibility Your communication is customer-oriented, friendly and binding
