Own-responsible processing of complex customer complaints - from the causes analysis to the conclusion derivation, implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive measures incl. Effectiveness test Documentation of analysis results in SAP and other tools Creation of technical feedback (e.g. 8D reports, reports, status updates) Support for customer appointments in cooperation with product or key account management Convening PST (product security team) in critical complaints Communication in case of need with market surveillance Moderation ofWorkshops for 8D Processing

Funded SAP and Excel - knowledge as well as experience in handling customer portals, are also desirable Methodology competence in complaint management (e.g. 5-Why, Ishikawa, 8D) Basic knowledge of quality management and deep process understanding Communication strength, safe appearance and confident handling of demanding customers You have very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as Good knowledge of English for communication with international customers Analytical thinking and structured working Teamability, loadability and readiness for continuous training
