EY-Parthenon Manager, Risk & Regulatory - Transaction Diligence (Financial Services) (m/f/d)

Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of the Transaction Diligence in Cologne, Munich or Frankfurt/Main, we accompany both FinTechs, InsurTechs, Start-ups, brokers: both in the private equity and banking sector within the framework of strategy and M&A projects and in the implementation of different buyer and sales advisory services. You can do a variety of tasks: Implementation of M&A projects focusing on Risk & Regulatory for banks, asset managers and payment service providers Analysis of regulatory and supervisory issues within the framework of the Financial Due Diligence and support of our customers in regulatory and regulatory issues in transaction structuring Development and implementation of strategies for compliance with regulatory requirements and implementation of regulatory feasibility analyses within the framework of M&A or RegCap transactions Management responsibility for teams and operational project management as part of strategy and transaction projects Cooperation with various departments and international teams to ensure holistic advice

Studies of economics or a comparable degree course, ideally with corresponding deepening in areas such as banking regulation and supervisory law Multiannual professional experience in Risk & Regulatory, ideally in consulting or in the banking or payment industry Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management processes as well as a strong interest in continuously following regulatory developments as well as safe handling of common IT applications and very good communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level)
