As the first contact for customers and interested parties, you are a strong, open and friendly person. - Consumption and qualified response and processing of customer requests received by telephone and e-mail, as well as internal forwarding of subject-specific questions - reception of visitors and production of internal contact - taxes and documentation of the use of the pool vehicle - execution of messengers and courier journeys - sorting and distribution of the daily input and output mail - digitization of the inbox and other documents in the electronic archiving system

• Great pleasure in handling people by telephone - a successfully completed training in the shop.
