Your tasks:

• Technical guidance and personal care of the participants of the Volunteer Ecological Year (FÖJ) – i.d.R. two participants per year
• Conception and implementation of natural and environmental pedagogical offers and measures
• Entertainment of the natural pedagogical learning site “Ökostation Rastatt” in cooperation with volunteers, environmental working communities, Rastatter schools and other
• Management of the Environmental Foundation Rastatt, in particular advice from the Board of Trustees on public relations and financial investment management and meeting support
• Advice, information and public relations in the field of ecology and nature conservation, support for volunteers and support for citizens' actions
• Participation in the creation of concepts, strategies, master plans and framework plans focusing on landscape, species and nature conservation
• Planning, implementation and support of nature conservation facilities and areas, especially in the field of biotope care

Your profile:

• successful completion of a university degree in the fields of ecology, biology or comparable disciplines focusing on natural and environmental education or a comparable qualification
• Joy in working with people of all ages in nature and pedagogical skills
• broad environmental expertise, in particular good animal and plant knowledge and knowledge in the field of landscape management
• theoretical and practical experience in the field of natural garden care and entertainment
• independent operation and very good organizational ability
