At our location in Hückelhoven we carry out complex logistics services for our Europe-wide customers in the e-commerce sector. We are looking for you - a proactive and detailed outbound planner (w/m/d) that strengthens our logistics team. In this role, you ensure that our goods leave the warehouse smoothly every day - and are a central interface in our entire logistics process. Planning: You organize outbound daily loads and waves with the warehouse management system BlueYonder.

Analysis: You evaluate the current order volume and forward the truck requirements to the Dispo.

Priority: You take care of urgent or prioritized shipments and keep close customer contact.

Solution strength: You independently clarify deviations or problems in charging and wave planning.

Provided: You monitor and optimize the flow of goods from the warehouse to the customer and recognize possible disturbances at an early stage and adapt the planning accordingly.

Cooperation: To improve storage processes and workflows, you work closely with the cross-functional teams.

Experience: You have completed a commercial training and bring at least one year of professional experience in logistics or in filling.

System competence: You know yourself with warehouse management systems - ideally with BlueYonder.

Analytical capability: You work problem-solving-oriented and are safe in handling Excel; Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Organizational institution: You also keep an overview under time pressure and work structured, precise and communicative.

Language skills: You speak German fluently and have basic knowledge in English.
