Independent cooperation in the realization of national and international projects from order intake to completion in the fascinating world of packaging machines Back-Office activities in project management (creation of order confirmations, orders and deduction payments) Project controlling Model material handling Creation of status reports Specification and ordering of purchasing units and machines General Office Management (visitor management, travel planning, maintenance ERP system, correspondence)

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Experience in a comparable position Technical interest Embossed organizational talent and high level of team capacity Quick conception, high self-initiative and independent working Good communication skills and friendly handling of customers and suppliers Very good MS Office knowledge Good English knowledge of word and writing (further foreign languages of advantage)
