In Königsbrunn (Germany), filling and closing machines (FS) are developed and manufactured for preformed beakers and bottles in the hygiene designs Clean, Ultra-Clean and Aseptik as well as as aseptic forming, filling and closing machines (FFS / thermoforming machines). Ampack accompanies its customers throughout the entire life cycle of the machine – from initial advice, planning and manufacturing customized solutions to comprehensive services.

Job description:

• Production, adaptation and assembly of stainless steel pipelines (mainly stainless steel 1.4404)
• Stamping, welding (IG), grinding and fitting of pipe and sheet metal constructions
• Installation and commissioning of machine and plant components according to technical plan
• Work according to isometry, welding and manufacturing drawings
• Ensuring hygienic standards according to food specifications
• Conducting tightness and functional testing
• Close cooperation with design and other fields
• documentation of the work carried out and quality assurance Qualifications:

(m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Rohrschlosser (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Finded knowledge in the WIG welding of thin-walled stainless steel as well as forming gas welding

• Experience in special machine construction or hygienic plant construction (food, pharmaceutical, beverages of advantage)

• Safe handling of technical drawings and isometries

• Precise, quality-oriented operation and high sense of responsibility

• Ready for occasional assembly (depending on company)
